Process isolation and access to the working and receiving ends are established under the site’s maintenance arrangements. Water and released deposits are contained. Where a tube cannot be reached safely, it is identified as untreated rather than assumed clean because adjacent passages were completed. Settings are selected for the tube itself, not for the maximum pressure available.
Treated tubes and separate integrity testing
Where equipment contains a tube bundle, we identify treated positions and tubes that remain obstructed or inaccessible. Cleaning does not establish pressure integrity and does not automatically include tube replacement.
