High Pressure Jetting provides controlled water jetting for suitable drainage, industrial equipment and surface-cleaning work. We select the treatment for the material being removed, the condition of what must remain and the result needed after cleaning.
Method selection based on the actual material
A drain nozzle, tube-cleaning lance and concrete-removal system do different work. The deposit, pipe or surface construction and existing condition all affect the equipment that can be used. Thin components, damaged pipes and weak coatings can limit a method that would be suitable on sound material.
The required result matters just as much. Restoring flow through a drain is different from cleaning it for CCTV inspection. Removing a coating is different from establishing whether the exposed surface meets the next coating specification. We keep those distinctions clear so the finished work can be judged against its actual purpose.
Safe access, isolation and containment
Water jetting affects the area around the cleaning point as well as the material being treated. Access, spray protection and isolation of connected equipment are considered before work begins. Confined-space entry is avoided where possible and needs its own assessment and emergency arrangements where it is necessary. Washwater can carry contamination released by cleaning, so it must be handled according to what it contains.
Findings after cleaning
Cleaning can expose damage that was hidden by deposits or coatings. We identify treated areas, remaining obstructions and conditions that need further inspection or repair. That allows the next maintenance decision to be based on what the cleaning has actually shown, without treating deposit removal as proof of integrity or completed repair.
