Last updated: 13 September 2026.

You agree to these Terms of Service by visiting, browsing or using highpressurejetting.co.uk, a website operated for High Pressure Jetting, by submitting information through it, by sending an enquiry or by asking us to introduce you to a supplier.

Our part

Who we are

High Pressure Jetting is part of the Environmental Services Group. The group belongs to Infused Media Limited, company number 10091071, which is registered in England and Wales.

Through a number of specialist websites, the group covers industrial, silo, tank, cleaning, waste, drainage and environmental services. These sites let customers set out the details of a job, and let us introduce that enquiry to a third-party company or supplier that may be able to assist. Here, that means enquiries about high pressure and ultra high pressure water jetting, commercial drain jetting and the cleaning of industrial surfaces and heat exchangers.

What the website offers

You can use highpressurejetting.co.uk for general service information, contact routes and enquiry forms. Once you submit details, we may review them and send your enquiry on to a service provider, contractor or supplier (a third party) that we believe may be suitable for the work you have described.

A connector, not the contractor

Environmental Services Group acts as a connector. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we do not operate plant or equipment, carry out the physical work, transport waste or attend site as the appointed contractor, and we do not provide regulated cleaning, tank, silo, drainage, disposal or industrial services ourselves through this website.

Free to you

Submitting an enquiry here, or being introduced to a supplier, is at no cost to the customer. Our income may come from suppliers or third-party companies as commission, referral income, marketing fees or sales income. That arrangement does not put a website-use fee on the customer.

The limits of an introduction

An introduction reflects the information available when it is made. We cannot promise that a supplier will be available or will accept the job, that the work will be finished within a certain timescale, or that the supplier’s price will match your expectations.

To decide which supplier appears to be a good fit for the job, we may use the details you give us. A supplier picked in this way is not guaranteed to be the best, the cheapest or the only suitable supplier for every circumstance.

Opening hours and urgent jetting enquiries

Our normal opening hours run Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5:30pm. For emergency work, we may be available out of hours where a suitable supplier is able to respond. Submitting an emergency enquiry is not a guarantee of immediate attendance, and while you wait for a supplier to respond you should take appropriate steps on safety, the environment and control of the site.

Information on the website

Content here is general service information. It should not be taken as legal, tax, insurance, environmental, engineering, health and safety, waste-classification or regulatory advice, and where your job requires it you should take advice from a competent professional or from the appointed supplier.

We aim to keep the information clear and useful, but make no promise that every page is complete, current or suitable for every site. Laws, guidance, operational requirements and supplier availability may change.

Keeping the website running

At any time, we may change, update, withdraw or suspend any part of this website. No guarantee is given that the website, its email routes, enquiry forms, telephone lines or supplier-matching process will be available at all times or without interruption.

Your enquiry and personal information

What you send in an enquiry may be used by us to respond to you and to introduce the enquiry to a suitable supplier. Further detail on personal information is set out in the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy linked from this website.

The supplier’s part

What the supplier handles

Responsibility for each of the following rests with the supplier appointed for the work:

  • method statements, risk assessments and insurance
  • equipment, vehicles and staff
  • permits and licences
  • its own advice and quotations
  • attending site
  • the quality of the work
  • consignment documentation and waste transfer documentation
  • aftercare

Quotes, call-outs and contracts

Any estimate, quotation, call-out, order, booking, site visit, supply contract or service contract is between you and the supplier, unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.

The appointed supplier is in control of attendance windows, prices, minimum charges, emergency call-out arrangements, waste charges, cancellation terms, permit requirements, disposal routes and additional work. Where the scope changes after the supplier has reviewed the site, the supplier may change its quotation or decline the work.

When a supplier may refuse

A supplier may refuse to proceed if the conditions on site do not match the information given, if there is a safety concern, if documentation it requires has not been provided, or if the work is outside its competence, insurance or permissions.

An independent business

Suppliers are independent third-party businesses and are not employees of Environmental Services Group or Infused Media Limited. Investigating and resolving issues connected with its quotation, attendance, work or aftercare is the supplier’s responsibility, so if a problem arises after you instruct a supplier, take it up with that supplier directly and as soon as possible.

Your part

Describing the jetting job

When you contact us or a supplier, you are responsible for giving information that is accurate, complete and current. That includes:

  • access limits
  • hazards
  • confined-space concerns
  • the drainage layout
  • known contamination
  • height or lifting constraints
  • the site address
  • a description of the waste, and quantities
  • photographs
  • any deadline affecting the work

Information the supplier needs

After an introduction, you must provide the supplier with the information it needs to assess the job scope, environmental risk, health and safety and site access. This may include:

  • Safety Data Sheets
  • permit information
  • waste codes
  • drainage or tank plans
  • results of earlier surveys
  • photographs
  • induction requirements
  • site-specific rules
  • parking arrangements

Before you instruct a supplier

You should check a supplier’s terms and credentials before instructing it, and you must read and agree the supplier’s own terms before authorising work. Deciding whether to instruct a supplier remains your responsibility.

Use of the website

You must not send us information that is false, misleading, unlawful or abusive, confidential third-party information without authority, or information you do not have permission to share. You also must not interfere with how the website operates or attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, data or supplier information.

Legal terms

Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, our role is confined to operating the website and making introductions where appropriate.

Unless the law says we cannot exclude that responsibility, we are not responsible for a supplier’s delays, omissions, acts, documentation, advice, pricing, work quality, staff conduct, loss, damage, regulatory compliance or waste handling.

We are also not legally responsible for any claim, cost, loss, delay, damage or dispute arising between you and a third-party supplier after an introduction, including one relating to the supplier’s advice, attendance, work, payment terms, contract terms or service quality.

Intellectual property

Infused Media Limited or the relevant brand owner owns, or holds a licence to, the text, design, logos, page layouts, branding and other materials on this website. Viewing and printing pages for your own internal decision-making is permitted. Copying, scraping, republishing, selling or reusing substantial parts of the website without permission is not.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Each time you use the website, the latest version published on this page applies. Continued use of the website after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

The laws of England and Wales apply to these terms. Unless consumer protection law gives you a mandatory right to use another court, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction.

Contact

Use the contact details published on the Contact page for any question about this website or these terms. Questions about a supplier’s work should go first to that supplier directly, because it controls the quotation, the work and the aftercare.
