HomeTerms of Service

Last updated: 13 September 2026.

These Terms of Service apply when you visit, browse, submit information through or use this website, highpressurejetting.co.uk, operated for High Pressure Jetting. By using this website, sending an enquiry or asking us to introduce you to a supplier, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

High Pressure Jetting is part of the Environmental Services Group. The Environmental Services Group is owned by Infused Media Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10091071.

The Environmental Services Group operates a number of specialist websites covering environmental, drainage, waste, cleaning, tank, silo and industrial services. These websites help customers describe a job and allow us to introduce the enquiry to a supplier or third-party company that may be able to assist.

2. What this website does

This website provides general service information, contact routes and enquiry forms. We may review the details you submit and pass your enquiry to a third-party supplier, contractor or service provider that we believe may be a suitable fit for the work described.

We do not guarantee that a supplier will be available, that a supplier will accept the job, that the job can be completed within a particular timescale, or that the price quoted by a supplier will meet your expectations. Any introduction is based on the information available at the time.

3. Connector role only

Environmental Services Group acts as a connector. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we do not carry out the physical work, do not attend site as the appointed contractor, do not transport waste, do not operate plant or equipment, and do not provide regulated disposal, cleaning, drainage, tank, silo or industrial services ourselves through this website.

The supplier appointed for the work is responsible for its own quotations, advice, risk assessments, insurance, method statements, licences, permits, staff, vehicles, equipment, site attendance, work quality, waste transfer documentation, consignment documentation and aftercare. You should check the supplier’s credentials and terms before instructing them.

4. No customer fee for using this website

There is no cost to the customer for submitting an enquiry through this website or for being introduced to a supplier. We may receive commission, referral income, marketing fees or sales income from suppliers or third-party companies. This commercial arrangement does not add a website-use fee for the customer.

5. Supplier quotations and contracts

Any quotation, estimate, order, booking, call-out, site visit, service contract or supply contract is between you and the supplier unless we expressly state otherwise in writing. You must read and agree the supplier’s own terms before authorising work.

Prices, attendance windows, emergency call-out arrangements, minimum charges, cancellation terms, waste charges, disposal routes, permit requirements and additional work are controlled by the appointed supplier. If the scope changes after a supplier reviews the site, the supplier may change its quotation or decline the work.

6. Emergency and out-of-hours enquiries

Our normal opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5:30pm. We may be available out of hours for emergency work where a suitable supplier can respond. Submitting an emergency enquiry does not guarantee immediate attendance, and you should take appropriate safety, environmental and site-control steps while waiting for a supplier response.

7. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for giving accurate, complete and current information when you contact us or a supplier. This includes the site address, access limits, hazards, waste description, quantities, photographs, known contamination, drainage layout, confined-space concerns, height or lifting constraints, and any deadline that affects the work.

You must not submit false, misleading, unlawful, abusive, confidential third-party information without authority, or information that you do not have permission to share. You must not use this website in a way that interferes with its operation or attempts to gain unauthorised access to systems, data or supplier information.

8. Site access and safety information

If a supplier is introduced, you must give that supplier the information needed to assess site access, health and safety, environmental risk and job scope. This may include photographs, Safety Data Sheets, waste codes, tank or drainage plans, permit information, previous survey results, parking arrangements, induction requirements and any site-specific rules.

Suppliers may refuse to proceed if site conditions differ from the information provided, if there is a safety concern, if required documentation is missing, or if the work falls outside their permissions, insurance or competence.

9. Information on this website

The information on this website is general service information. It is not legal, environmental, engineering, health and safety, waste-classification, tax, insurance or regulatory advice. You should obtain advice from a competent professional or the appointed supplier where the job requires it.

We try to keep website information clear and useful, but we do not promise that every page is complete, current or suitable for every site. Laws, guidance, supplier availability and operational requirements may change.

10. Third-party suppliers

Third-party suppliers are independent businesses. They are not employees of Infused Media Limited or Environmental Services Group. We are not responsible for a supplier’s acts, omissions, delays, advice, documentation, pricing, staff conduct, work quality, damage, loss, waste handling or regulatory compliance unless the law says we cannot exclude that responsibility.

If an issue arises after you instruct a supplier, you should raise it directly with that supplier as soon as possible. The supplier is responsible for investigating and resolving issues connected with its quotation, attendance, work or aftercare.

11. Our responsibility to you

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, our role is limited to operating the website and making introductions where appropriate.

We are not legally responsible for disputes, losses, delays, damage, costs or claims arising between you and a third-party supplier after an introduction, including where those issues relate to the supplier’s work, advice, attendance, contract terms, payment terms or service quality.

12. No guarantee of supplier suitability

We may use the details you provide to decide which supplier appears to be a good fit for the job. This is not a guarantee that the supplier is the only suitable supplier, the cheapest supplier, or the best supplier for every circumstance. You remain responsible for deciding whether to instruct a supplier.

13. Website availability

We may update, suspend, withdraw or change any part of this website at any time. We do not guarantee that the website, enquiry forms, telephone lines, email routes or supplier-matching process will always be available or uninterrupted.

14. Privacy and use of enquiry details

When you send an enquiry, we may use the information to respond to you and to introduce the enquiry to a suitable supplier. More detail about personal information is provided in the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy linked from this website.

15. Intellectual property

The text, design, branding, page layouts, logos and other website materials are owned by or licensed to Infused Media Limited or the relevant brand owner. You may view and print pages for your own internal decision-making, but you must not copy, scrape, republish, sell or reuse substantial parts of the website without permission.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version published on this page applies when you use the website. If you continue to use the website after changes are published, you accept the updated terms.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction unless consumer protection law gives you a mandatory right to use another court.

18. Contact

For questions about this website or these terms, use the contact details published on the Contact page. If your question relates to work carried out by a supplier, contact the supplier directly first because the supplier controls the quotation, work and aftercare.
