Process residues and hazardous substances
Operating history helps establish what cleaning may release. Used cleaning water is handled according to the contamination it carries. Confined-space entry is avoided where possible and requires separate competence and emergency arrangements when necessary.
Cleaning results before maintenance or restart
We identify treated areas and anything left inaccessible or obstructed. Leak tests, pressure tests and recommissioning remain separate from cleaning where the maintenance plan requires them. A visibly clean surface is not evidence that the equipment is fit for service.

Can industrial jetting be carried out on live process equipment?
Live cleaning must not be assumed suitable. Isolation and the site's maintenance controls depend on the particular equipment and process.
Does water-only cleaning make the waste harmless?
No. Used water can carry the process material, corrosion products or coating debris removed during cleaning.
Is heat exchanger tube cleaning the same as cleaning the whole exchanger?
No. Tube-side cleaning reaches different surfaces from shell-side, header or other exchanger cleaning.
Does cleaning prove equipment is ready to restart?
No. Integrity testing and recommissioning checks remain separate where they are required.
